Terms of Service

By accessing and using BlueLayer Studio's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

BlueLayer Studio provides web development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• • Web and software development
• • Mobile application development
• • UI/UX design and prototyping
• • SEO and digital marketing
• • E-commerce solutions
• • Cloud and DevOps services
• • AI integration and chatbot development
• • IT consulting and support

As a client, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• • Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• • Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
• • Ensure all content provided is original or properly licensed
• • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• • Respect intellectual property rights

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• • Projects typically require a deposit before work begins
• • Payments are due according to the milestone schedule
• • Late payments may incur additional fees
• • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client cooperation. Delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to: scope changes, delayed client feedback, technical complications, or third-party dependencies. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. However:

• • BlueLayer Studio retains rights to general methodologies and techniques
• • Third-party components remain property of their respective owners
• • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• • Source code and custom development become client property upon full payment
• • Any pre-existing BlueLayer Studio intellectual property remains ours

BlueLayer Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

We provide:

• • 30-day warranty on development work for bug fixes
• • Basic technical support for questions about deliverables
• • Extended support packages available separately
• • No warranty on third-party components or services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables will be provided according to the payment schedule.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Gurugram, India, or through courts of competent jurisdiction in Gurugram, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
